System of thinking is a way of understanding situations by identifying problems and try to solve it in a way that it cannot disturb anything for example pest and weeds are causing diminishing yield .you can use spray to decrease this impact because spray has bad effects in soil we can develop seeds trait which are favorable and can be able to deal with weeds and pests.This is the best way of thinking. The innovation system it empower and strengthen the capacity of rural people and promote innovation to enable them to address challenges, take advantage of market opportunities, create wealth, improve their livelihoods and ensure food.
